We will host a panel discussion with first-generation professionals who will share their experiences navigating graduate school, career development, mentorship, and professional growth. 

Our hope is that all students, especially our first-generation students, feel seen and validated in their experiences and develop a strong sense of belonging on our campus. This event is also intended for students who may be the first in their family to attend graduate school and are looking for guidance on how to navigate the graduate school experience successfully. 

We hope students gain practical strategies, encouragement, and resources to help them build connections, navigate challenges, and create their own path forward.
