Saraiyah Hatter, MBS '22 – Director of Optichannel Engagement at PharmaForceIQ. Saraiyah partners with biopharma clients to deliver branded and unbranded campaigns that leverage AI to drive real-time, data-driven patient and provider engagement across complex therapeutic areas. Previously, she held strategy consulting roles at Eversana and Syneos Health, supporting global life sciences clients in commercial strategy, launch planning, and marketing analytics. Saraiyah holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science from UCLA and a Master of Business and Science from KGI, working to combine scientific expertise with business intelligence to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape. Beyond her corporate career, Saraiyah is the founder of a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women and girls from underserved communities, with the goal of creating lasting, equitable impact.

Justin Ratzan-Wank, MBS '21 – Associate Director, Key Accounts - Pharma at Tempus AI. In his current role, Justin secures partnerships with top biopharma companies to advance precision medicine through data and technology. He previously served as an Alliance Manager at Predicine, overseeing pharmaceutical collaborations and driving partnership success and as a Business Development Associate at Invitae, a leader in accessible genetic testing. Justin earned his MBS from KGI and holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science with minors in Kinesiology and Neuroscience from Occidental college.

Jason Kerr, MBS '16 – Senior Manager - Regulatory Intelligence and GMP Auditing at Moderna and Adjucnt Professor at KGI. Jason is an experienced quality and regulatory professional and has been a champion in engaging, connecting, and promoting regulatory compliance in the dynamic biopharmaceutical landscape. As a Senior Manager at Moderna, Jason strives to ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring the regulatory landscpae and with external stakeholders on hot topics. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from UCLA, a Masters of Business and Science (MBS), from KGI, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds a certificate in Bioscience Industry Law and Practice from Southwestern Law School.
